In the mid-1970s, Loretta was given five colors of corduroy scraps from the Freedom Quilting Bee.

In the mid-1970s, Loretta was given five colors of corduroy scraps from the Freedom Quilting Bee. Using all five, she produced a two-sided quilt, one side a standard “Housetop,” the other a single “Bricklayer” block.
